My mission is simple: 

 

I want to help people improve their social skills, knowledge and abilities to help live their lives to the fullest. Humans are social by design and we can learn new behaviors to build and improve our social interactions with others.

I am a facilitator of behavior based social skills improvement, who provides evidence-based products and tools backed by behavior science, simplified into repeatable practices that you can implement quickly for personal success.

  • 15 years of Director and Senior VP level leadership experience
     

  • Resides in Pittsburgh, but raised in metro Detroit so forever a fan of all things water, whether the Great Lakes or The Three Rivers.

Director level leadership for 7 years, 27-35 Employees (Engineers/Scientists), 3 Managers/Teams Reporting;$3-4Million PSB+Discretionary R/D; Execution and Implementation of Organizational Process; Decision Maker on: Product Offers, Delivery to Clients, Business Cycle Operations Cadence, Talent Management for both High and Under-performers, Lead Generation and Business Pipeline Development with Stakeholders

  • Designing NIOSH Division level programs implemented to align organizational strategy, operational processes and key worker behaviors to advance stakeholder adoption of interventions, improve team communication, and accelerate adoption of new organizational systems. Executive Level VP responsibility for $30Million Applied Research and Interventions Portfolio for 8 years. 160-180 Employees, Executive Coach to Division Director 5 years.
