I serve my clients through the development of products created after shared conversations where I listen to their needs and identify how results-based social skill building can most benefit them. These conversations produce coaching, consulting, training, workshops or presentation products and services.

One on one coaching
Built by conversations, the opportunity identification for social skill building may occur best in a one on one coaching interaction. A behavior based methodology will underpin the goal setting and results based coaching partnership.

Organizational workshops
Determined by conversations with one or more organizational representatives a workshop based learning for social skill building may be identified. Working with the organizational representative(s) a behavioral based methodology will be executed for the development and delivery of products offering "examples of good" social skills specific to the organization's success.

Work team or small group consulting
Engagement in conversations with members of a small group such as a work team in an organization or a volunteer based team for non profit groups can uncover opportunities for improved team alignment to deliver on results and goals. A behavioral based methodology will support alignment assessments that produce actionable implementation through social skills improvement.

Building and keeping a relationship at Aristotle's description of virtue, requires shared social skills that maintain presence, resonance and authenticity. This is not a therapy based framework but a behavioral based methodology focused on elevating social skills and is offered based on mutually agreed to goals and results after conversations with the relationship participants.
